Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i.Primigravida women who have delivered or planning to deliver at our obstetrics ward and have planned to attend the immunization clinic of our paediatrics ward at 6, 10 and 14 weeks to immunize their child as part of the Universal Immunization Programme during the duration of the study. ii.Infants who will be delivered in our institution and have planned to get immunized at our immunization clinic at 6, 10 and 14 weeks along with the mothers who breastfeed them.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i.Women who have had any complications in the antenatal period or post-natal period requiring admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). ii.Women whose child has had any complication during the postnatal period requiring admission to the NICU. iii.Women whose child has experienced any illness that affects breastfeeding frequency during the study period. iv.Women who give birth to their child prematurely.
