Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, an individual must meet all of the follo criteria: -Participants should sign an informed consent form after proper understanding Subjects between the age of 30 and 70 years -Body mass index between 25 and 40 kg/m Fasting plasma glucose between 125 and 180 gm/dl and Post Prandial Blood sugar 200-300mg/dl will be included in the present study Recently diagnosed case of type-2 diabetes mellitus.less than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or planning for pregnancy, breastfeeding mother. Enrolled in other clinical trials. Have active malignancy or are under investigation for malignancy Have a history of any of the following medical conditions Cushing syndrome HIV Chronic kidney disease (CKD) Chronic liver disease Hyperthyroidism Alcohol and/or substance abuse. Currently taking any of the following medications-Psychiatric medication Anti diabetic medication Weightloss medication Oral steroids Unable to participate due to other factors
