Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ADULT PATIENTS CONSENTING TO PARTICIPATE, BELONGING TO AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGY (ASA) GRADE I-III WITH ANTICIPATED DIFFICULT AIRWAY (MALLAMPATI CLASS 3 OR 4, REQUIRING NASOTRACHEAL INTUBATION)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH: COMPLETE GLOTTIC VIEW IN SNIFFING POSITION FACIAL TRAUMA OR OBSTRUCTING OROPHARYNGEAL MASSES CARCINOMA LARYNX
