Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Postpartum women 6 weeks post-delivery till 6 months postpartum 2 The pelvic girdle pain will be diagnosed by presence of pain while conducting the following test Posterior pelvic pain provocation test FABER test palpation of the pubic symphysis Active straight leg raise (ASLR) test 3 NPRS 3-7
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with diastasis recti assessed by palpation method 2 LSCS 3 Trauma to the pelvis during delivery 4 Participation in structured physiotherapy or exercise programs targeting pelvic pain in the last 3 months. 5 Lack of wiliness to participate in the study
