Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18 to 35 years 2.Participant willing to participate in the study 3.Apparently healthy individuals 4.Individuals having Avar and Madhyam Dhatusarata

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participant suffering from any disease 2.Known allergy or intolerance to sesame seeds 3.Participant taking steroids,immunosuppressants, vitamin supplements or Rasayana medicines currently or within last 1 month 4.Pregnant women and lactating mother 5.Participant who are unwilling to participate in the study
