Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intervention group Patient presenting with prehospital notification using a WhatsApp-based Alert system Patient diagnosed with STEMI, Planned for PCI Age more than 18 years, both genders Comparator group Patient presenting without prehospital notification using a WhatsApp-based Alert system Patient diagnosed with STEMI, Planned for PCI Age more than 18 years, both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receive fibrinolysis/PCI before shift to the hospital Cardiac arrest (out of hospital/ ED) Not willing for PCI
