Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients clinically diagnosed with Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo positive Dixhallpike test. 2.Patients 12 to 55 years. 3.Both sexes. 4.Patients who were willing to give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who needed emergency medical intervention. 2 Patient associated with any other chronic and systemic disease on active treatment like neurological diseases. 3 Pregnant and lactating mothers Patient pursuing other treatment and are not willing to leave Patients with conditions such as HIV/AIDS or those on immunosuppressive therapy.
