Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of chronic rotator cuff tendinopathy (3 months) Shoulder pain aggravated by overhead activities Positive impingement tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Full-thickness rotator cuff tear Calcific tendinitis Previous shoulder surgery or fracture Neurological disorders affecting the upper limb
