Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients referred for endodontic consultation during the study period were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic conditions (such as diabetes mellitus or immunosuppression) or those receiving medications that could alter bone or soft-tissue physiology were excluded.
