Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years of either sex with American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA), physical status I or II scheduled to undergo PCNL surgery with flank incision under spinal anaesthesia will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All patients aged less than 18 and more than 65 years having coagulopathies, allergic reactions to local anaesthetic, infection at the block site, pregnancy, BMI more than 30kg per meter square, chronic kidney disease patients, refusal to give consent will not be included in the study
