Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with MRI findings of Partial ligamentous tear (Grade I & II) of any of the following knee joint ligament (ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL) 2.Participants with positive findings of clinical examination of knee joint ligament injury. 3.Patients willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with MRI findings of Grade III or Complete ligament rupture and associated complex meniscal tear. 2.Severe knee joint osteoarthritis. 3.Pregnant and Lactating women 4.Associated complex meniscal tears requiring surgical intervention 5.Uncontrolled systemic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disease)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The reduction in pain and improvement in range of motion of the affected knee after treatment will be assessed. Timepoint: At baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The expected outcome will be an improvement of more than 60% in functional assessment scores using KOOS Knee Scoring Scale.Timepoint: At baseline
