Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symptoms of Arshas in the age groups of 16-70 years irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and economic status .Patients having single 3rd and 4th degree interns-external pile mass at any position with controlled systemic illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bleeding disorders, immunocompromised individuals, pregnant or lactating women and presence of other anorectal disorders
