Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable patients with endstage kidney disease on maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis for at least three months 2. Willing to follow-up once in three months in Nephrology OPD 3. Consenting for the study protocol 4. Nonpregnant individuals
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Planned transplant within three months 2. Expected survival (such as advanced malignancy or terminal illness) less than three months 3. Pregnancy, amputees (conditions precluding bioelectric impedance) 4. Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness (precluding malnutrition inflammation score) 5. Exclusion from analyses: Study participants without the first three-monthly follow-up scores will be excluded from analyses; Participants refusing further care at the study centre/ telephonic follow-up for adverse events, will also be excluded.
