Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex in the age group of 20 to 60 years. AP Diameter of lumbar canal is to be less than 15 mm. Clinical presentation of Grudhrasi. Tenderness of the Sciatic Nerve course. Positive SLR Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic disorders, spinal fractures, traumatic or neoplastic conditions, or bleeding disorders. Patients those are Ayogya of Raktamokshna and Agnikarma according to Ayurveda.
