Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE - 18-30 years , no history of recent injuries, minimum 5 years of racket sports experience, playing e-sports for more than 14 hours per week for at least 6 months, male and female genders are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: above 30 years of age, high physical activity level as per IPAQ scoring above 1500 MET minutes/per week for e-sports players, players not willing to participate in the study, history of recent injuries
