Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients Between the ages 30 to 70 years. 2.Bone mineral density T-score less than -1. 3.Patients with clinical feature of Asthi-Kshaya(Osteopenia & Osteoporosis). 4.Patients fit for Basti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Osteoporosis T-score less than -2.5 with fracture. 2.Known case of Hyperparathyroidism. 3.Known case of Osteomalacia, Rickets. 4.Patient with pregnancy and lactating mother. 5.Known case of Cushing syndrome and Marfan syndrome. 6.Known case of Thyrotoxicosis. 7.Patients with serious illness like uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Asthma.
