Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children/Adolescents aged more than 18 months-18 years diagnosed with HIV who are on ART for at least 3 months. 2. Access to mobile phone with SMS/WhatsApp capability in the household. 3. Willingness of patient/Caregiver to participate & provide written informed consent/assent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Severe cognitive impairment interfering with ART adherence. 2. Patients already receiving other digital/mHealth adherence Interventions.
