Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients meeting the 2016 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) diagnostic criteria for fibromyalgia Diagnosed with fibromyalgia with POTS (HR increase more than or equal to 30 bpm within 10 minutes of standing or head-up tilt, without orthostatic hypotension). Persistent symptoms for at least 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of inflammatory rheumatic diseases or severe musculoskeletal disorders Neurological disorders or severe psychiatric illness Pregnancy Recent surgery or trauma Individuals receiving any physiotherapy treatment from past 3 months Presence of other autonomic disorders, Significant cardiovascular disorders Current use of medications known to affect autonomic function.
