Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients classified as ASA Physical Status I-IV Patients aged 60 years and above Patients able to undergo preoperative frailty assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are critically ill or bedridden Patients going through emergency surgery Patients under regional anaesthesia alone Patients with Cognitive impairment, psychological illness, and communication difficulties

Frailty status will be evaluated preoperatively using the five-factor modified frailty index (mFI-5) such as: 1. Hypertension requiring medication 2. Congestive Heart Failure 3. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease / Pneumonia 4. Dependent Functional Status (partial or total) 5. Diabetes MellitusTimepoint: Preoperative assessment
