Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants having normal BMI (18.5-24.9) of Age group between 18 to 25 years of both gender 2. Willing to participate in the study for 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any addiction- alcohol intake/ smoking/ gutka chewing/ tobacco chewing 2. Subjects taking daily medication for any medical condition 3. Known cases of Cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, malignancies, serious systemic illnesses. 4. Known cases of lactose intolerance.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the lipid profile status (Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and VLDL) among young adults consuming cow ghee.Timepoint: Baseline-30th Day. 60th Day and 90 th Day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To evaluate the effect of daily consumption of 10 ml cow ghee on appetite (Ruchi) and hunger (Kshudha). 2.To assess changes in physical strength and vitality (Balavriddhi) following regular cow ghee intake. 3.To observe the impact of cow ghee consumption on complexion and skin health (Varna). 4.To determine the effect on body nourishment and healthy growth (Sharira Upachaya). 5.To assess changes in memory retention and recall ability (Smriti/Smaranena). 6. To evaluate the influence of cow ghee on cognitive functions, comprehension, and grasping power (Medha/Grahanena). 7.To generate evidence regarding the role of cow ghee as a nutritional and health-promoting dietary component as described in Ayurvedic literature 8.To provide evidence on the risk-benefit assessment of cow ghee consumption for health promotion. Timepoint: Baseline-30th Day. 60th Day and 90 th Day
