MeasureTime frame
Postural Control: Berg Balance Scale, Timed Up and Go Test. Cognitive Function: Auditory and visual reaction time, 100 pin dexterity test, spatial and verbal memory test. Sleep; insomnia severity index. Psychological parameters; depression, anxiety, stress score (DASS-21), perceived stress scale. Autonomic parameters; blood pressure, heart rate, pupil to limbus diameter ratio(PLD). F.Quality of Life: whoqol-brefTimepoint: Pre intervention data will be collected before the clinical trial for the following parameters Postural Control Cognitive Function Sleep Psychological parameters Autonomic parameters Quality of Life After 12 weeks of time point, post intervention data will be collected for the same parameters
