Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patient of non alcoholic fatty liver or diagnose with Ultrasonography LFT For NAFLD Patients Adults aged 25 to 60 years BMI Greater than 25 overweight or obese Willingness to provide informed consent Lipid profile showing one or more abnormalities such as Total Cholesterol more than 200 LDL more than130 Triglycerides more than 150 HDL less than 40 male less than 50 female VLDL more than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known liver disease viral hepatitis cirrhosis autoimmune hepatitis Diagnosed cases of Hepatitis B or C Cirrhosis or advanced liver fibrosis Autoimmune liver disease Pregnant or lactating women Individuals on hepatotoxic drugs eg steroids methotrexate Pregnant or lactating women Other chronic systemic illnesses Taking hepatotoxic medications
