Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age group of 20 to 60 years of either sex. 2 Patients having classical features of Tamak shwasa such as Swash kastata or dyspnea Ativegat Kasate or cough Ghurghurakam or wheezing Parsve Avagrihyate or chest tightness etc. 3 Spirometric criteria FEV1 equal to or greater than 80 percent and FEV1 by FVC ratio normal or mildly reduced 4 No acute exacerbation in last 4 to 6 weeks. 5 Patients willing to participate in study trial and give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on prolonged medication with corticosteroids, bronchodilators, mast cell stabilizers etc. in last 6 weeks. 2. Patients having respiratory diseases like tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Status Asthmaticus, Moderate/severe cases of COPD & asthma, Cystic fibrosis, Pleural effusion, Pneumothorax, Lung cancer and other systemic diseases like Severe anaemia, Liver & Renal disorders, Cardiovascular diseases and any other diagnosed cases of comorbidities. 3. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 4. Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past 6 months. 5. Pregnancy and lactating mother.
