Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of complex fistula in ano like multiple tracts intersphincteric fistula withabscess horse shoe fistula recurrent fistula Garg classification grade 2 to 4 The length of fistula tract more than 4 cmm Patients of fistula in ano as mentioned above and those medically fit for surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of simple fistula Crohn s disease Pregnancy and breastfeeding women Any kind of malignancy of anorectum or other organs Uncontrolled Hypertension and diabetes Heart diseases like Myocardial infarction coronary artery disease and ischemic heart disease Rectal prolapse Positive cases of HIV HBsAg HCV VDRL
