Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7 to 11 years with positive or definitely positive behavior rating on the Frankl Behavior Rating Scale indicating good acceptance or cooperation for treatment 2. Primary molars indicated for pulpectomy due to irreversible pulpitis or necrotic pulp with or without inter radicular radiolucency 3. Primary molars with at least two thirds of root length remaining, with minimal or no pathological root resorption 4. Teeth that are restorable with adequate coronal tooth structure following endodontic treatment 5. Children with no history of antibiotic intake in the previous 3 months 6. Primary molars with no evidence of internal resorption or root perforation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with systemic diseases or medical conditions that may affect healing or contraindicate endodontic treatment 2. Uncooperative children or those whose parents or guardians do not provide informed consent 3. Primary molars with calcified, severely curved, or obliterated root canals that prevent standardized instrumentation 4. Primary molars showing internal or external inflammatory root resorption, perforation, or root fracture 5. Children with a history of systemic antibiotic use within the previous 2 weeks prior to treatment 6. Primary molars with non restorable crowns or inadequate remaining tooth structure for definitive restoration
