Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 35 years. Impacted mandibular third molars requiring surgical removal. Patients with no deleterious oral habits like smoking, tobacco chewing. ASA Grade 1 patients. Patients willing to provide written informed consent and comply with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised or immunocompromised patients. Orthodontic extractions. Patients with temporomandibular joint disorders. ASA Grade 2 or higher patients. Patients with developmental or premalignant lesions associated with the 3rd molar. Patients unwilling or unable to return for follow-up.
