Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Operation theatre regularly used for minor surgical procedures OT with no fumigation or disinfection done 24 hours prior to study OT with closed air system with limited access during the study Study settings where baseline microbial sampling is feasbile
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: OT which is already fumigated or chemically disinfected within the past 24 hours OT with active major surgeries or emergencies during the intervention Open or semi open operation theatres External microbial contamination sources construction sewage leak
