Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed Patients of Arshas as per Ayurveda and III and IV degree hemorrhoid, who Underwent Ksharasutra Ligation under Local Anesthesia. Subjects who submit a written informed consent for Ksharasutra Ligation to the Arshas under Local Anesthesia Subjects fit for anesthesia as per the ASA grade I III (American Society of Anesthesiologists classification). III and IV degree Interno-external and External hemorrhoids (Goligher classification) at any single position.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with other associated anorectal conditions like fissure, perineal Abscess, Fistula and Prolapse, Malignancy. Patients who are on antipsychotic drugs Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as cardiac diseases, renal failure, Diabetes, Liver Disease, Bleeding Disorders, patients sensitive to Lignocaine drug etc. Patients suffering from local and systemic septic conditions. Past history of anal or rectal surgery
