Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with cirrhosis of liver admitted in Gastro ward Gastro ICU Medicine ICU or Medicine ward of IMS and SUM Hospital Bhubaneswar who are willing to participate and able to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are semiconscious or unconscious patients with cognitive impairment patients admitted in surgery or outpatient department and patients not available during data collection
