Intervention1: combination of nmes with theraputic vibration: the interventional group will include eleven participants who will receive combinational therapy the therapy will be provided four session

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed for at least 5 years clinically diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy evidence of distal symmetric sensory neuropathy confirmed by a toronto clinical neuropathy score of 10 age between 18 and 75 years able to understand the study protocol and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: active foot ulcers cellulitis charcot joint critical limb ischemia presence of pacemaker implanted electrical device metal implants in the lower limbs neuropathy caused by conditions other than diabetes severe vitamin b12 deficiency alcoholism significant uncontrolled vertigo recent history of thrombosis severe joint instability in the lower limbs severe cognitive impairment inability to comply with the study protocol inability to maintain a consistent position during therapy
