Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non alcoholic male and female patients aged 20 to 75 years patients with elevated serum triglyceride level above 150 mg/dL Ultrasonographically diagnosed cases of grade 1,2 and 3 fatty liver disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with complications like liver cirrhosis , hepatocellular carcinoma , cardiovascular diseases patients with cholelithiasis pregnant and lactating women patients with elevated liver enzymes level patients with serum triglyceride level above 350mg/dL
