Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult aged 18 years or more Suspected or confirmed cancer of the head and neck or cervix or lung or breast Presenting to the CMC oncology services for care which includes further diagnostic or staging workup, or definitive local therapy or systemic therapy or structured follow up and outcomes measurement. Provide written informed consent for participation and longitudinal follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients who are being seen only for an opinion with no further diagnostic tests or structured follow up being planned from CMC. Decline participation or do not wish to be on longitudinal follow up

1. Time from oncology presentation to confirmed diagnosis ( T0-T1) 2. Time from diagnosis to first oncology specific treatment (T1-T2)Timepoint: T0- Date of presentation in CMC T1- Date of pathology report T2- Date of initiation of treatment

MeasureTime frame
Patient experience and satisfaction. Clinician Acceptability Treatment adherence and abandonment Equity indicators - comparison of T0,T1,T2 across genders, rural or urban setting and across sociao-economic strataTimepoint: These outcomes would be measured at the beginning and end of treatment for patients. Clinical acceptability would be asessed through biannual focus group discussions with relevant clinicans with iterative learning for the program Other equity outcomes would be assessed at the end of the study
