Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with osteoarthritis as per ACR criteria Radiologically Grade I, II, III, and IV (Kellgren Lawrence grading scale) of OA knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic and metabolic illness like TB, Malignancy H/o knee injury, surgery, steroid injection in knee joints Pregnant women and Lactating women

The reduction in pain and improvement in range of motion of the affected knee before and after the treatment with trial drugs will be assessed by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Index (WOMAC-pain, stiffness, functions) score and Visual Analog Scale (VAS).Timepoint: At baseline
