Inclusion criteria: 1 Women in age group of 15 to 45 years 2 Patients who expressed their willingness to participate in the trial through signed consent form

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women in perimenopausal age group. 2 Patients with congenital deformities. 3 Patients who require emergency medical or surgical intervention
