Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) First-time unilateral ischemic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI. 2) ACA stroke patients. 3) Age between 35 to 50 years. 4) Both male and female participants. 5) Stage 2, on the Modified Ashworth Scale. 6) VCG Stage 4 (Spasticity begins to decrease, four movement combinations deviate from basic limb synergies and become available, Placing the hand behind the body, alternative pronation- supination with the elbow at 90 flexion and elevation of the arm to a forward horizontal position). 7) Subacute phase, defined as 1-3 months of duration. 8) Cognitive Status: Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 24 9)No visual deficit 10)No sensory deficits. 11) Ability to communicate verbally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)The existence of any other neurological or orthopaedic diseases affecting postural function (such as poliomyelitis and deformations). 2)Severe aphasia or neglect that prevents understanding of safety instructions. 3)Lower limb contractures or severe spasticity 4)Uncontrolled hypertension or unstable angina. 5)Presence of a pacemaker (unless water-safe) or severe heart failure. 6)Haemorrhagic stroke. 7)Open wounds, active skin infections, or infectious diseases. 8)Severe hydrophobia (fear of water). 9)Incontinence or severe respiratory disease. 10)Non-cooperative patient.
