Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy confirmed by MRI of the lumbosacral spine Male and female participants aged between 20 65 years Patients presenting with unilateral radiating leg pain associated with low back pain Positive Straight Leg Raise (SLR) test between 35 and 70 Reproduction of symptoms during SLR testing Tenderness on palpation of the sciatic, tibial, or common peroneal nerves Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with vertebral fractures Presence of spondylolisthesis Previous spinal surgeries Associated bowel or bladder dysfunction Lower extremity vascular disease History of surgery for leg pain within the previous 6 months Contraindications to manual therapy techniques Patients unwilling to participate or withdrawing informed consent
