Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of Chronic Shoulder Pain: Presence of unilateral shoulder pain persisting for at least three months, interfering with daily activities or overhead movements. Confirmed Scapular Dyskinesis: Presence of abnormal scapular movement patterns during elevation, assessed using Dynamic Scapular Dyskinesis Test (SDT) Pain Severity: Mild to moderate shoulder pain (Numerical Pain Rating Scale score 3 to 7) Willingness to Participate: Ability to follow exercise protocols and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of frozen shoulder with restriction more than 50 percent in at least two movement planes History of recent fractures or surgery History of post-stroke hemiparesis leading to altered scapular control History of cervical radiculopathy with positive Spurling test
