Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy young adults aged 18 to 25 years 2. Both male and female gender 3. Not allergic to caffeine 4. Normal body mass index 5. Willingness to adhere strictly 3 week total caffeine washout phase

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiovascular disease 2. Current use of prescription or over the counter medications 3. History of smoking, tobacco chewing or illicit substance abuse 4. Inability to abstain from other dietary source of caffeine
