Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: atients aged 18to60 years Horizontal ridge deficiency requiring augmentation Bone defect less then 1.5 cm Medically fit patients Willing for surgery and follow-up Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Systemic disease affecting healing Bleeding disorders Active oral infection or malignancy Known drug allergy Unwilling for participation or follow-up

Primary Outcome Increase in horizontal alveolar ridge width following augmentation. Timepoint: NIL

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
secondary Outcomes Improvement in bone density on CBCT evaluation. Enhanced soft tissue healing. Reduced postoperative pain & complications. Successful implant site development & implant feasibility.Timepoint: 3 month & 6 month
