Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Physical Status I and II 2.Patients undergoing elective unilateral laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulopathy 2.Infection at injection site 3.Allergy to local anaesthetic 4.BMI more than 35 kg per meter square 5.Chronic opioid use 6.Neurological or psychiatric illness 7.Recurrent hernia 8.Bilateral hernia 9.Open hernia repair
