Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Excessive bleeding during menstruation Passing of large clots during menstruation Menstrual bleeding more than 07 days Excessive bleeding for more than 2 consecutive cycles Subjects willing to participate in the study by signing written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hb less than 8 gram/dl Subjects with structural abnormalities like polyp, uterine fibroid, adenomyosis, endometriosis, Malignancy. Subjects with PID Subjects having bleeding due to abortion. Subjects during pregnancy, puerperium and lactational period. Subjects with HRT, IUCD and OCPs. Subjects with other systemic illness like hypertension, diabetes. Subjects with known case of bleeding disorders, thyroid dysfunction.
