Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 to 45 years with a primary diagnosis of ADHD (ICD-11: 6A05), confirmed through clinical assessment and/or documented records by a Psychiatrist or Clinical Psychologist, no severe psychiatric comorbid conditions, who are on stable pharmacological treatment for at least 3 months (if applicable), and who are willing to participate and available for follow-up will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants currently undergoing treatment for severe and unstable psychiatric conditions such as psychosis, major depressive disorder, mania, or substance use disorders; those with ongoing suicidality or suicidal attempts within the past one year; individuals with intellectual disability or developmental delay as identified through clinical records or clinical judgment; and those who have participated in any other structured psychotherapy or cognitive intervention program (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Cognitive Remediation) within the past 6 12 months will be excluded from the study. Participants experiencing psychosocial stressors will not necessarily be excluded. Additionally, individuals with a recent inpatient psychiatric admission within the last 4 weeks will also be excluded.
