Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Positive Mills Test Willingness to participate and provide informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of elbow surgery Corticosteroid injection in the affected elbow within the past 3 months Neurological disorders affecting the upper limb Systemic inflammatory or connective tissue disorders Local infection, malignancy, or contraindications to laser therapy
