Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women aged 40 to 65 years Medically stable and cleared for exercise Willing to participate and provide informed consent Presence of mild to moderate fatigue and psychological symptoms and reduced quality of life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent surgery or fracture Cardiovascular neurological or musculoskeltal disorder Current hormone replacement
