Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of both the genders having the age between 30 to 70 years. 2.Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 3.Patients on oral Hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin. (FBS less than 250mg/dl) 4.Patients who are symptomatic even after taking the standard control of diabetic polyneuropathy.(more than 3 months) 5.Mild to moderate Neuropathy patients having Toronto score between 6 to 11 will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged below 30 years and above 70 years 2.Patients having other known causes of peripheral neuropathies such as vitamin B12 deficiency, addiction or history of alcohol consumption. 3.Patients with known autoimmune diseases (SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis), infections (HIV, hepatitis B and C), inflammatory (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy), hypothyroidism and injury or pressure on the nerve. 4.Patients with K/C/O Cerebral vascular disease, leprosy, HIV-AIDS, STDs and other immune-compromised conditions. 5.Patients with other severe complications of Diabetes mellitus like ketoacidosis, DKD [GFR less than 15 mL/min] 6.Patients with active /healing / non healing diabetic foot ulcer. 7.Pregnant and lactating women
