Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: early sub acute stage 2 to 12 weeks post stroke patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke and mca stroke age 35 to 60 years both male and female participants ability to initiate voluntary movement in the affected upper limb brunnstrom stage above 2 or 3 medically stable and able to participate in rehabilitation ability to follow simple verbal commands mmse greater than24 presence of upper limb motor impairment fma ul score 20 to 50 presence of upper limb coordination impairment ccs score below 36 ul fcr h reflex hmax mmax grater than 0.6 latency greater than 20ms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe spasticity modified ashworth scale greater than 4 severe cognitive impairment or aphasia affecting participation history of other neurological disorders parkinsons disease multiple sclerosis severe musculoskeletal conditions affecting upper limb visual or perceptual deficits severe neglect participation in other experimental rehabilitation programs unstable medical conditions cardiac respiratory etc
