Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with grade 2 Fatty Liver Disease in USG. Subjects who are using alcohol will be included, if they are willing to restrict the alcohol use within the permissible limit of 3 ounces for men and 1.5 ounces for women per day. Those who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic subjects with HbA1c greater than 8 mg/dl. Subjects with BMI greater than 30 Kg/m2 will be excluded. Malignant hypertension. Total Cholesterol greater than 300mg/dl. Prolonged medications for various other systemic disorders (Corticosteroids, NSAIDS). Pregnant and lactating women.

1.To evaluate the effect of Trayanthyadi kashayam along with panchagavya ghritam as anupana in Liver Function Test. 2.To evaluate the Effect of Trayanthyadi kasahayam along with Panchagavya ghritam as anupana in Lipid profile. Timepoint: 90 Days
