Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female participants aged 40 to 60 years diagnosed with non-traumatic spinal cord injury with stable neurological status, individuals with thoracic or lumbar level spinal cord injury, presence of bladder dysfunction such as urgency, urinary incontinence, or urinary retention, and those willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to understand or follow verbal commands, history of recent pelvic or urogenital surgery within the past 6 months, and pregnant women excluded.
