Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Male and Female university football players Age group between 18 to 25 years Willing and able to participate Independent ambulatory without any walking aids Free from current lower extremity pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with neurological impairments Recent lower extremity surgery or fracture (within 6 months) Lower extremity trauma like fracture any ankle condition, pain Any vestibular disorder Cognitive impairment History of ACL or other major ligament injury
