Intervention1: Wobble board with conventional physiotherapy: Participants will recieve structured wobble board training program by standing on feet apart, parallelly on the board. Conventional therapy

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 45 to 65 years. 2.Both gender participant are eligible for the study. 3.Patient having bilateral knee osteoarthritis of grade 2,3 and 4 according to Kellgren Lawrence grading system. 4.Able to follow verbal commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent history of trauma or injury or any recent fracture in lower limb. 2.Individuals diagnosed with motor or sensory impairment. 3.Patient diagnosed with cognitive impairment. 4.Patient diagnosed with ligament or meniscal injury in knee joint. 5.Any diagnosed neurological impairment in lower limb
